Practical information-Technical Meeting on Experience in Removal of Highly Enriched Uranium from Research Reactors

  1. Accommodation

Location: Romania, Cluj-Napoca City, Grand Hotel Napoca

Period: 22-27.10.2023, 5 nights

Booking

  • The Participant will send its firm, written request to the Provider’s Reservations office corporate@hotelnapoca.ro , which should include at the least: client names, number of rooms, room types, duration of stay, possible additional services and payment type.
  • Upon receiving the participant booking request, the Provider shall confirm it in written (through letter, fax or e-mail), reconfirming the price of the requested services at the same time with issuing a reservation number for the particular request
  • Upon receiving the Provider’s confirmation, the participant will in turn inform the Provider if there are any disagreements with the stipulated conditions. In the absence of such notifications, the Provider will consider the said conditions and prices as accepted.

  • Transportation

The city of Cluj-Napoca has its own international airport- Avram Iancu International Airport.
