{"id":208,"date":"2021-05-20T06:03:56","date_gmt":"2021-05-20T06:03:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/nuc\/?p=208"},"modified":"2021-05-20T06:03:58","modified_gmt":"2021-05-20T06:03:58","slug":"gestionarea-deseurilor-radioactive-si-a-combustibilului-ars-in-conditii-de-securitate-nucleara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nuclear.ro\/en\/gestionarea-deseurilor-radioactive-si-a-combustibilului-ars-in-conditii-de-securitate-nucleara\/","title":{"rendered":"GESTIONAREA DE\u0218EURILOR RADIOACTIVE \u0218I A COMBUSTIBILULUI ARS \u00ceN CONDI\u021aII DE SECURITATE NUCLEAR\u0102"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Obiectivul general<\/strong> al programului este asigurarea suportului tehnico-\u015ftiin\u0163ific necesar managementului combustibilului nuclear uzat \u015fi al de\u015feurilor radioactive generate \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 se asigure protejarea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii oamenilor \u015fi a mediului, acum \u015fi \u00een viitor, f\u0103r\u0103 transferarea nejustificat\u0103 a r\u0103spunderii c\u0103tre genera\u0163iile viitoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obiectivele specifice<\/strong> programului pentru perioada 2021-2026 sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>asigurarea expertizei tehnico-\u015ftiin\u0163ifice \u015fi a metodelor\/tehnologiilor necesare pentru caracterizarea, tratarea \u015fi condi\u0163ionarea de\u015feurilor radioactive gestionate de RATEN ICN \u015fi a celor generate din operarea CNE Cernavod\u0103;<\/li><li>determinarea inventarului de radionuclizi din de\u015feurile radioactive metalice generate din retehnologizarea Unit\u0103\u0163ii 1 \u015fi dezvoltarea de solu\u0163ii tehnice pentru depozitarea intermediar\u0103 a acestor de\u015feuri pe amplasamentul CNE Cernavod\u0103;<\/li><li>asigurarea suportului tehnico-\u015ftiin\u0163ific necesar autoriz\u0103rii amplas\u0103rii \u015fi construc\u0163iei depozitului de suprafa\u0163\u0103 pentru de\u015feurile de activitate joas\u0103 \u015fi medie de via\u0163\u0103 scurt\u0103 (DFDSMA);<\/li><li>asigurarea suportului tehnico-\u015ftiin\u0163ific necesar implement\u0103rii programului de depozitare geologic\u0103 a combustibilului nuclear ars \u015fi a de\u015feurilor de via\u0163\u0103 lung\u0103;<\/li><li>analiza metodelor\/tehnicilor de tratare \u015fi condi\u0163ionare necesare pentru gestionarea de\u015feurilor radioactive generate din operarea \u015fi dezafectarea demonstratorului ALFRED;<\/li><li>analiza impactului construc\u0163iei reactoarelor modulare mici (SMR NuScale, SMR LFR, SMR PWR) asupra managementului de\u015feurilor radioactive \u00een Rom\u00e2nia;<\/li><li>elaborare materiale suport pentru cursuri de formare \u00een domeniul managementului de\u015feurilor radioactive pentru includerea \u00een portofoliul de preg\u0103tire ICERR (International Centre based on Research Reactor).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Direc\u0163ii de cercetare:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Dezvoltare metode radiochimice \u015fi spectrometrice pentru caracterizarea de\u015feurilor radioactive generate din operarea, retehnologizarea \u015fi dezafectarea CNE Cernavod\u0103 \u015fi a celor generate din operarea \u015fi dezafectarea instala\u0163iilor nucleare \u015fi radiologice din RATEN ICN;<\/li><li>Dezvoltare tehnologii noi pentru tratarea diferitelor tipuri de de\u015feuri radioactive&nbsp; provenite din operarea, retehnologizarea \u015fi dezafectarea CNE Cernavod\u0103 (lichide apoase, \u015flam radioactiv, magnetit\u0103) \u015fi din operarea \u015fi dezafectarea instala\u0163iilor nucleare \u015fi radiologice din RATEN ICN;<\/li><li>Dezvoltare matrici noi de condi\u0163ionare de\u015feuri radioactive considerate problematice:<ul><li>matrici de geopolimeri pentru \u00eenglobarea direct\u0103 a de\u015feurilor lichide organice;<\/li><li>matrici pe baz\u0103 de fosfat de magneziu pentru \u00eenglobarea de\u015feurilor reactive (aluminiu, Beriliu);<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Studii suport pentru sus\u0163inerea programului de depozitare intermediar\u0103 \u015fi final\u0103 a de\u015feurilor radioactive slab \u015fi mediu active de via\u0163\u0103 scurt\u0103;<\/li><li>Studii suport pentru sus\u0163inerea programului de depozitare intermediar\u0103 \u015fi final\u0103 a de\u015feurilor radioactive de via\u0163\u0103 lung\u0103 \u015fi a combustibilului CANDU ars.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contact person<\/strong> Dr. fiz.
