abordarea \u0219i solu\u021bionarea problemelor tehnico-\u0219tiin\u021bifice privind proiectarea, dezvoltarea \u0219i implementarea reactorilor&nbsp; inovativi raci\u021bi cu plumb, a infrastructurii ALFRED (instala\u021biile ATHENA, HELENA 2, ELF, Hands On, Meltin\u2019Pot, ChemLab), precum \u0219i a reactorilor de tip modular (SMR), fiind structurat \u00een 10 teme principale de cercetare-dezvoltare-inovare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Principalele direc\u021bii de cercetare-dezvoltare<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dezvoltarea capacit\u0103\u021bii, competen\u021bei \u0219i expertizei pentru dezvoltarea \u0219i implementarea reactorilor nucleari inovativi<\/strong><strong>\u0219i a reactorilor modulari<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Armonizarea cercet\u0103rii cu tematicile sus\u021binute interna\u021bional \u00een domeniul reactorilor de GEN IV \u0219i al reactorilor modulari (SMR) \u0219i asimilarea metodologiilor specifice tehnologiilor inovatoare abordate pe plan interna\u021bional (NuScale, SMR-LFR, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elaborare \u0219i implementare planuri specifice de preg\u0103tire a personalului necesar implementarii \u0219i oper\u0103rii infrastructurii ALFRED (programe de preg\u0103tire: na\u021bionale, ICERR, mobilit\u0103\u021bi \u00een proiecte EU \u0219i IAEA, FALCON, etc);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promovarea, dezvoltarea \u0219i evaluarea culturii de securitate \u00een implementarea sistemelor nucleare inovative \u0219i a reactorilor modulari (SMR); studii asupra indicatorilor de performan\u021b\u0103 \u00een cultura de securitate \u0219i analize ale nivelelor de maturitate ale acesteia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Metode, programe \u0219i calcule de fizica reactorilor \u0219i securitate nuclear\u0103 pentru reactori avansa\u021bi<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Calcule\/simulari de neutronic\u0103 \u0219i termohidraulic\u0103 privind proiectarea \u0219i dezvoltarea sistemelor nucleare avansate \u0219i a reactorilor de tip modular;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analize deterministe \u0219i probabiliste de securitate pentru reactorii de Gen IV \u0219i SMR;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analize de evenimente externe\/ hazard;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analize privind noi tipuri de combustibili nucleari (nitruri, carburi , etc., combustibili cu actinide minore);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investiga\u021bii ale aspectelor specifice de termohidraulica metalelor grele lichide \u00een configura\u021bii de tip piscin\u0103 (cum ar fi: stratificare, solidificare\/retopire, fluctua\u021bii termice \u0219i mecanice, sloshing \u0219i \u00eencarcarea mecanic\u0103 a structurilor, transfer turbulent de caldur\u0103, transportul particulelor, transport bule de gaz, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investiga\u021bii ale aspectelor de termohidraulica fasciculului de combustibil (normal \/ deformat, blocajul curgerii, etc);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analize termo-mecanice \u0219i de vibra\u021bii\/seismice \u00een metale grele topite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Materiale \u0219i tehnologii pentru sisteme nucleare avansate<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Dezvoltare\/testare\/caracterizare de materiale structurale candidate pentru sistemele nucleare inovative;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investiga\u021bii privind agentul de r\u0103cire, precum: compatibilitatea cu materialele structurale, chimia plumbului, metode\/tehnici de inspec\u021bie \u00een plumb topit, etc);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investiga\u021bii privind interac\u021biunea combustibil &#8211; agent de r\u0103cire, \u0219i abordare de noi tipuri&nbsp; de combustibili (nitruri, carburi, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controlul\/monitorizarea gazului de acoperire;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abordare\/implementare metodologii \u0219i programe de calcul&nbsp; privind simularea\/modelarea comport\u0103rii materialelor \u00een reactorii inovativi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Instala\u021bii experimentale pentru studiul, caracterizarea, testarea \u0219i calificarea materialelor \u0219i echipamentelor pentru reactori GEN IV <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Realizare de studii, proiecte conceptuale, etc. de instala\u021bii necesare pentru investigarea problemelor r\u0103mase deschise ale tehnologiei LFR, precum:\n<ul>\n<li>testare la coroziune a materialelor principale pentru reactorii tip LFR;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>studiul solidificarii plumbului (eventual \u00eencarcarea termo-mecanic\u0103 pe componente\/elemente din plumbul topit \u2013 experimente cuplate cu analize CFD);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>propagarea vibra\u021biilor \u00een plumb lichid\/studii seismice;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>studii\/viziune\/concept privind studiul interac\u021biunii combustibil \u2013 plumb (dezvoltare infrastructura LEPI);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asimilare\/investiga\u021bii\/studii privind necesit\u0103\u021bile de calificare ale instrumenta\u021biei de masur\u0103\/monitorare\/control din LFR (rezisten\u021ba la sarcinile mecanice, termice sau electrice, cauzele\/fenomenele ce afecteaz\u0103 timpul de r\u0103spuns, etc);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Studii\/investiga\u021bii privind aspectele opera\u021bionale ale instala\u021biilor experimentale cu metale grele lichide (preoxidare, \u00eenc\u0103lzirea plumbului, prima umplere a instala\u021biei, reducerea oxigenului din instala\u021bie \u00eenainte de \u00eenc\u0103lzire (\u201cgas conditioning\u201d), pornire\/oprire pomp\u0103, r\u0103cire, evacuare, cura\u021bare plumb, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sus\u021binerea activit\u0103\u0163ilor de licen\u0163iere pentru reactori avansa\u021bi \u0219i reactori modulari<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Consolidare proces pre-licen\u021biere pentru reactorii inovativi \u0219i de tip SMR (SMR-LFR, NuScale, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Studii pentru autorizarea amplasamentului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preg\u0103tirea raportului preliminar de securitate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investiga\u021bii privind impactul asupra mediului pentru reactori avansa\u021bi \u0219i modulari (NuScale, SMR-LFR, etc.).*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Studii privind integrarea reactorilor inovativi \u00een programul energetic \u00een vederea asigur\u0103rii sustenabilit\u0103\u021bii pe termen lung&nbsp; <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Dezvoltarea de studii de caz pentru evaluarea comparativ\u0103 a op\u021biunilor\/scenariilor de sisteme energetice nucleare (NES) pe baza abord\u0103rii KIND, ca suport pentru analiza decizional\u0103 \u0219i prioritizarea dezvolt\u0103rii programelor nucleare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezvoltarea abord\u0103rii structurate ROADMAPS (incluz\u00e2nd modele de cooperare interna\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i template specific) pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea sustenabilit\u0103\u021bii globale a energiei nucleare;\n<ul>\n<li>Dezvoltarea instrumentelor INPRO pentru analize economice, modelare NES, evaluare comparativ\u0103 op\u021biuni\/scenarii NES, etc;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezvoltarea conceptelor \u0219i metodologiei INPRO de evaluare a sustenabilit\u0103\u021bii NES \u00een ariile de interes: economic\u0103, infrastructur\u0103, management de\u0219euri, securitate nuclear\u0103, neproliferare, protec\u021bie fizic\u0103 \u0219i mediu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modelarea scenariilor de evolu\u021bie a NES \u0219i utilizarea metodologiei INPRO \u00een evaluarea sustenabilit\u0103\u021bii acestora, ca suport \u00een planificarea strategic\u0103 \u0219i pe termen lung a programului nuclear integrat \u00een mix-ul energetic na\u021bional;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asigurarea suportului de preg\u0103tire \u0219i a consultan\u021bei pentru aplicarea modelelor \u0219i instrumentelor dezvoltate \u00een proiectele de colaborare INPRO \u00een cadrul serviciului IAEA ASENES;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asigurarea suportului de preg\u0103tire e-learning \u0219i educa\u021bie la distan\u021b\u0103 \u00een cadrul platformei IAEA Learning Management System pentru exper\u021bi din state care doresc \u00eenceperea unui program nuclear.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Metodologii de evaluare \u015fi monitorizare a comport\u0103rii \u00een operare a structurilor LFR<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Studii \/ analize \/ strategii privind integrarea structurilor LFR \u0219i instala\u021biilor suport \u00een programul de urm\u0103rire special\u0103 a comport\u0103rii construc\u021biilor \u00een timp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Studii suport de proiectare, inginerie
