Parametri de lucru: T = 310 <sup>o<\/sup>C, P = 120 bari, Q = 24 kg\/s.<\/li><li>instala\u021bii hidraulice de alimentare cu ap\u0103 \u0219i ulei pentru ac\u021bionarea capului MID, \u00een timpul testelor.<\/li><li>echipamente de ridicare, transport \u0219i pozi\u021bionare cap MID pe fitting-ul canalului de combustibil.<\/li><li>camera de comand\u0103 cu sistem de conducere automat\u0103 a testelor.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong><em>Standul Mobil de Testare Cilindrii Telescopici<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>(STCT)<\/em><\/strong> asigur\u0103 parametrii de lucru pentru testarea func\u021bional\u0103 a \u00eemping\u0103torilor RAM afla\u021bi \u00een componen\u021ba capului MID, \u00een condi\u021bii de lucru similare celor din timpul oper\u0103rii \u00een reactorul CANDU.<\/li><li><strong><em>Stand de Testare Elemente Combustibile (STEC)<\/em><\/strong> realizeaz\u0103 parametri de lucru similari celor din reactorul nuclear CANDU, fiind destinat efectu\u0103rii testelor de acceptare \u00een afara reactorului pentru fascicul de combustibil nuclear fabricat \u00een \u021bara noastr\u0103 pentru CNE Cernavod\u0103.<\/li><\/ul><p><em>Componen\u021ba: <\/em>Dou\u0103 instala\u021bii termo-mecanice de \u00eenalt\u0103 presiune \u0219i temperatur\u0103, care alimenteaz\u0103 cu ap\u0103 demineralizat\u0103 dou\u0103 canale de combustibil similare celor din centrala nuclear\u0103. Parametri de lucru: T = 305 <sup>o<\/sup>C, P = 115 bari, Q = 30 kg\/s.<\/p><ul><li><strong><em>Standul de Testare \u00cenchidere Canal <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>(STIC)<\/em><\/strong> asigur\u0103 testarea \u00een afara reactorului, la rece \u0219i cald, a \u00eenchiderilor canal pentru canalele de combustibil tip CANDU 600, \u00een condi\u021bii similare celor existente \u00een reactor. Instala\u021bia permite determinarea limitei de presiune \u00een canalul de combustibil, la care dopul de \u00eenchidere a canalului nu prezint\u0103 pierderi de ap\u0103 grea.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Alte instala\u021bii \u0219i echipamente:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>instala\u021bii pentru testarea, verificarea func\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i calibrarea de componente \u0219i echipamente mecanice, \u00een regim termohidraulic controlat;<\/li><li>echipamente pentru verificarea \u00een sarcin\u0103, static\u0103 \u0219i dinamic\u0103, a componentelor mecanice, cu sarcina max. 20 tf;<\/li><li>echipamente speciale pentru efectuarea de lucr\u0103ri de reglare, etalonare \u0219i verificare functional\u0103 a componentelor nucleare \u0219i nenucleare:<ul><li>simulator electric cap MID;<\/li><li>simulator mecanic cap MID;<\/li><li>scule \u0219i dispozitive speciale pentru Sistemul de Manevrare Combustibil \u2013 MID.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>instala\u021bii auxiliare care asigur\u0103 alimentarea standurilor de testare cu utilit\u0103\u021bi tehnologice: apa degazat\u0103 \u0219i demineralizat\u0103, aer instrumental.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><em>Echipamente noi, rezultate din activit\u0103\u0163ile de cercetare-dezvoltare \u015fi inginerie tehnologic\u0103<\/em><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Set de scule specializate, destinat demont\u0103rii dopului de \u00eenchidere a canalului, blocat accidental \u00een fitting-ul terminal al canalului de combustibil, \u00een caz de avarie.<\/li><li>Set de scule specializate, destinat demont\u0103rii dopului MID, blocat accidental \u00een dispozitivul de cuplare MID, \u00een caz de avarie.<\/li><li>Model experimental de simulator de camer\u0103 de comand\u0103 (MESI), destinat instruirii \u0219i evalu\u0103rii cuno\u0219tin\u021belor profesionale ale operatorilor MID, \u0219i test\u0103rii \/ calibr\u0103rii echipamentelor standului de testare MID.<\/li><li>Instala\u021bie tehnologic\u0103 experimental\u0103 pentru studiul fenomenului de coroziune \/ eroziune, al metalelor de structur\u0103 destinate reactorilor LFR, aflate \u00een mediu de plumb topit, \u0219i \u00een condi\u021bii specifice de curgere pentru circuite \u00eenchise termohidraulice (LECOTELO).<\/li><li>Instala\u021bie tehnologic\u0103 experimental\u0103 pentru refacerea izola\u021biei termice deteriorate prin \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nire accelerat\u0103 la ansamblurile serpentine ale tancului moderator SLCD, \u00een condi\u021bii de oprire planificat\u0103 a centralei.<\/li><li>Facilit\u0103\u021bi
