{"id":210,"date":"2021-05-20T06:04:18","date_gmt":"2021-05-20T06:04:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/nuc\/?p=210"},"modified":"2025-04-25T07:03:37","modified_gmt":"2025-04-25T07:03:37","slug":"sistemul-de-manevrare-combustibil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/nuclear.ro\/en\/sistemul-de-manevrare-combustibil\/","title":{"rendered":"SISTEMUL DE MANEVRARE COMBUSTIBIL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Obiective<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Elaborarea, dezvoltarea \u015fi calificarea de metode, tehnologii \u015fi echipamente pentru testarea, punerea \u00een func\u0163iune, exploatarea, inspec\u0163ia, \u00eentre\u0163inerea \u015fi repara\u0163ia componentelor Sistemului de Manevrare Combustibil (SMC)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proiectarea \u0219i realizarea de scule, dispozitive \u015fi echipamente tehnologice destinate interven\u021biei, inspec\u021biei, calibr\u0103rii sau verific\u0103rii func\u0163ionale a componentelor SMC;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezvoltarea unui model experimental de simulator de camer\u0103 de comanda \u015fi a metodelor \u015fi tehnologiilor aferente, destinat perfec\u0163ion\u0103rii \u015fi test\u0103rii profesionale a operatorilor SMC;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezvoltarea unui sistem informatizat de instruire, verificare \u015fi evaluare a personalului SMC, referitor la construc\u0163ia, func\u0163ionarea, testarea \u015fi operarea capului MID;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0103strarea \u015fi dezvoltarea capacit\u0103\u0163ii tehnice \u015fi a competen\u0163ei RATEN ICN \u00een domeniul test\u0103rii Ma\u015finii de \u00cenc\u0103rcare Desc\u0103rcare (MID).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directii de cercetare<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1. <\/em><strong>Tehnologii \u015fi echipamente pentru \u00eentre\u021binere, repara\u021bii \u015fi inspec\u021bii SMC<\/strong><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Dezvoltarea de metode \u015fi tehnologii pentru activit\u0103\u021bi de mentenant\u0103, inspec\u021bie \u015fi interventie asupra echipamentelor \u015fi componentelor SMC;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identificarea mecanismelor de degradare ce apar \u00een func\u021bionarea SMC, \u015fi elaborarea de solu\u021bii tehnice pentru reducerea acestor fenomene;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezvoltarea de tehnologii, metode \u015fi echipamente de supraveghere on-line a instala\u021biilor pentru mentenan\u021b\u0103 predictiv\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>2. <\/em><strong>Tehnologii \u015fi echipamente pentru simulare SMC<\/strong><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Dezvoltarea de metode, tehnologii \u015fi echipamente pentru simularea func\u021bion\u0103rii componentelor SMC, destinate perfec\u021bion\u0103rii \u015fi test\u0103rii profesionale a operatorilor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezvoltarea de aplica\u021bii software de simulare destinate identific\u0103rii \u015fi analizei fenomenelor ce influen\u021beaz\u0103 func\u021bionarea corect\u0103 a componentelor SMC;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezvoltarea unui sistem informatizat pentru instruirea, verificarea \u015fi evaluarea cuno\u015ftin\u021belor personalului SMC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>3. <\/em><strong>Tehnologii \u015fi echipamente pentru testarea capului MID<\/strong><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Men\u021binerea \u015fi dezvoltarea competen\u021bei \u015fi capacitatii tehnice de testare a capetelor MID p\u00e2n\u0103 la finalizarea \u015fi punerea \u00een func\u021biune a U3 \u015fi U4 &#8211; Cernavod\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modernizarea echipamentelor standului de testare MID, avand \u00een vedere uzura fizic\u0103 a componentelor, ie\u015firea acestora din fabrica\u021bie \u015fi lipsa pieselor de schimb;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formarea \u015fi instruirea personalului de operare \u015fi exploatare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>4. <\/em><strong>Modernizare calculator de proces Stand MID<\/strong><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Modernizarea sistemului de conducere prin calculator a standului de testare MID, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere ie\u015firea din fabrica\u021bie a modelului existent, lipsa suportului tehnic \u015fi a pieselor de schimb, dar \u015fi avansul tehnologic al noilor echipamente existente pe pia\u021b\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reproiectarea, implementarea \u015fi testarea pachetului software destinat SCC \u2013 MID modernizat;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formarea \u015fi instruirea personalului de exploatare de specialitate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>5. <\/em><strong>Tehnologii \u015fi echipamente nucleare testate \u00een standul MID<\/strong><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Dezvoltarea de tehnologii \u015fi metode pentru testarea de componente nucleare \u015fi nenucleare \u00een Standul MID;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proiectarea \u015fi realizarea de scule, dispozitive \u015fi echipamente tehnologice pentru a fi utilizate \u00een Standul MID la testarea componentelor nucleare \u015fi nenucleare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adaptarea facilit\u0103\u021bilor standului MID \u00een vederea test\u0103rii altor componente CNE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>6. <\/em><strong>Tehnologii \u015fi echipamente pentru manevrarea combustibilului \u00een sisteme nucleare inovative de Genera\u021bia 4 \u015fi SMR:<\/strong><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Dezvoltarea de tehnologii \u0219i echipamente pentru manevrarea combustibilului nuclear \u00een reactoarele de nou\u0103 genera\u021bie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proiectarea \u015fi realizarea de instala\u021bii tehnologice destinate test\u0103rii combustibilului nuclear \u0219i echipamentelor de manevrare ale acestuia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contact person<\/strong> IDT Darie Predescu;
